On February 12, 2006, CRBC called Dr. Bruce Northam as Senior Pastor. Bruce, his wife Connie, and their daughters have been members of CRBC for many years. Bruce and Connie served in full time, itinerate evangelism for twenty-six years. Ordained in 1983, Bruce has preached thousands of crusades and revivals world-wide over the last twenty-two years.

Justin Kirtley

Worship Director

Justin & his wife Natalie are welcome additions to our staff. Justin brings a freshness to our worship that spans every generation. He sings in a Southern Gospel Qt, Gospel Express, and is a former student of the Stamps-Baxter School of Music. Whether it is an old hymn, a gospel song or the latest contemporary praise song, Justin is comforatable and able to capture the heart of its praise. A graduate of the University of Houston he has served with us since 2010.

Jacob Shelton

Youth/Media Pastor

Jacob & his wife Patty came to us from Tarkington, TX. They have been serving at The Church in the Center, at the Houston Medical center. Jacob brings with him a passion for student discipleship. He has a degree from the University of Houston in cinematography and is a welcome asset to our Media ministry. He served with the IMB in Madrid, Spain and speaks fluent spanish. Patty is the GM of a Chic-fil-a in the Woodlands. They are expecting their first child in November!

Lisa Clark

Children's Director

Lisa has been a part of the CRBC family since she was 3 years old. A recent college graduate, Lisa not only serves the children at CRBC but also teaches in Cypress Fairbanks ISD. She is proud of her 4 cats (especially kiki), and loves John Deere tractors!  Did we fail to mention that she is OCD?  In her spare time she likes to watch tv and sleep...really sleep...a lot. She married Cade Clark on June 17th, 2011 adding being a newlywed to her plate.

Kim Reid
Preschool Director

Kim loves "watching children grow in the love of the Lord." As Preschool Director she has been encouraging the growth process since 1992. Kim coordinates all preschool activities, workers, and facilities. A native Houstonian, Kim has been a member of CRBC for 17 years. She and her husband, David, have 3 sons, Jacob, Benjamin, and Tanner and 2 Boston Terriers, Mitzie and Bo. With the little free time she finds, she enjoys crochet, cross-stitching and reading.

Tammy Duran
Administrative Secretary

Tammy has been a member of CRBC for many years. In 2010 she became a member of our staff. Her job has morphed over the year and a half she has been here, but she is a team player and absorbed many of Jeanette's former duties as well as the Pastor's personal assistant.

Rubén Cruz inició su Ministerio a principios del año 1985, a la edad de 17 años, en la Iglesia  Ríos de Agua Viva,  en la Ciudad de Catacamas Honduras, lugar donde conoce a su esposa  Leticia con quien contrae matrimonio en  1 Enero de 1992. A lo largo de 20 años sirvió en este Ministerio primeramente como Líder de Jóvenes y Ministro de Evangelismo, luego Anciano y finalmente Co-Pastor, paralelamente cumplió funciones con Ministerios externos como  Presidente de Jóvenes a nivel local.

En Enero del 2008 Plantó la Iglesia Cristiana Luz de Esperanza, bajo las órdenes del Espíritu Santo de establecer y formar gente de la presencia de Dios, tomando como única meta, enseñar acerca de la verdadera Adoración y teniendo como principal objetivo ministrar Líderes, otorgándoles herramientas prácticas para el ministerio en función. Actualmente es Pastor General de la Iglesia Cristiana Luz de Esperanza.  El Pastor Cruz, Es esposo de Leticia y  tiene una hija de 17 años Amy.
